As you will notice, all the workouts and the schedule for workouts can be downloaded and printed off in Excel format. All workouts are labeled by sport. The workouts are designed for the offseason. In the offseason we want to build explosion, power, and strength. Along with that we will build speed and quickness through the lifting, and the agility program at the end. I will post the drills later and the schedule in which they will be performed later so that you can have your athletes do them until I get there to run them through it myself.
Also I have posted video demonstrations on the website for some of the core lifts. These lifts are without a doubt the at the "core" of your athletes, and teams development. Everything runs through these lifts. All workouts are developed to be specific to movements that your athlete/sport will be performing in practice and competition. Also the pace/intensity at which they need to be performed are at a very high level. I expect each athlete to finish the lifting workout in 30-40 minutes.
I will be in the school May 16th-17th to get organized before I come out full time on June 4th. I look forward to meeting as many of you as I can at that time.
