Come see all the art work done by all the art students at Northwest High School at Stuhr Museum. The Art Show will be open until May 16 at Stuhr Museum. There is a lot of great art work displayed at both places. The display at the high school will be open during graduation on May 11.
At Stuhr Museum, there is one wall with about 200 pieces of artwork from all the high schools and middle schools in Hall County. At Northwest High School, there are over 1000 pieces of artwork. Mr. Allgood, the art teacher at Northwest, said, "It is extremely hard to choose what goes to at the museum." He says that he takes most of the outstanding art work out to Stuhr and usually has to bring a lot back. There is still great art work here at the school.
Allgood says that there are a lot of great artists at Northwest. Also there are a lot of students that can be great artists if they put their heart and mind into their work.
