Welcome to Northwest High School
My name is Tim Krupicka and I am very proud to be starting my first year as principal of Northwest. My previous experience in administration was six years as a K-12 principal of Greeley-Wolbach Public Schools and five years as principal of Wayne Middle School.
Northwest High School consists of approximately 700 students in grades 9-12. There are 55 certified staff members that teach at Northwest. In addition, 24 classified staff members serve the students of our high school. It is my honor to serve the students, staff, and patrons of Northwest Public Schools.
Our high school sets high goals for all our staff members to work collaboratively as a professional learning community. The four elementary schools of our district work as part of this learning community to allow our students to grow as lifelong learners. Northwest provides many successful academic and activities programs to help our students explore their varied interests and abilities. Our staff is committed to helping all students become more aware of how they learn best to become successful learners beyond their high school years.
We strongly encourage all parents and guardians to take an active role in the education of their child. It is through the partnership of the students, staff, and parents that our mission of educating all students will be successful.
