Girls Golf Team Completes Successful Season

The girls' golf team had a
very successful season. The team placed in the top 3 teams in every tournament except
the Grand Central Catholic Invitational (5th) and the State Tournament
(7th). We had at least 2 medalists (individual top 15) in every
tournament except the State Tournament where Amy Knapp missed medaling
by one stroke.
Our team finished strong by placing 2nd at a tough Holdrege Invitational, winning the Central City Scramble, winning the Central Conference Tournament, and finishing 2nd at the B-3 District Tournament. After a strong showing at State where we finished 7th as a team the future looks bright for the Northwest Girls Golf Team!
A big thanks goes out to our 3 seniors: Karli Luth, Sydney Paige, and Alyssa Raile who provided some great leadership for our team this season. With five letterwinners returning for next season, the golf team is looking forward to another strong showing!
