Summer Weights 2018 Schedule
Please read through the following information regarding the Northwest 2018 summer weight program. The summer weight program begins on May 21.
Times: Coach McNeil will assign your lifting time ( grades 9-12 ) and post it May 8th. We start Monday, May 21.
6:00-7:00 AM Football
7:00-8:00 AM Football
8:00-9:00 AM Softball
9:00-10:00 AM Volleyball
10:00-11:00 AM Multi Sport
11:00-12:00 PM Multi Sport ( pending numbers )
11:00-12:00 PM Jr High 7th & 8th grade only (2 sessions determined by coaches)
5:00-5:45 PM Freshman Football 5:45 – 6:30 Open Lift
A summer lifting shirt will be awarded if you meet or exceed the required amount of supervised lifting AND running/agility sessions. Amount of days will be set by the coaching staff.
