2020 Summer Weight Registration

Summer Weights 2020

Please read through the following information regarding the Northwest 2020 summer weight program. The summer weight program begins on May 26. You will be required to submit both the registration form AND the payment. Please note these are two different links.

All dates, times and permission information is noted below. Please complete the form below and submit payment by Friday, April 17th.

NoteJunior High Summer Weights Camp (7th and 8th grade) will run July 13-24, 2020 ONLY and be limited to the first 60 registrations.

*There will be a $80 lifting fee per participant in grades 9-12 and $60 for those in grades 7/8. This fee is for equipment maintenance and equipment purchases.

Times: Coach McNeil will assign your lifting time ( grades 9-12 ) and post it May 13th in the weight room.

We start Tuesday, May 26.

6:00-7:00 AM Football

7:00-8:00 AM Football/Boys Basketball/Wrestling

8:00-9:00 AM Softball/Cross Country

9:00-10:00 AM Volleyball

10:00-11:00 AM Freshman Boys

11:00-12:00 AM Freshman Girls

11:00-12:30 Junior High Camp July 13-21

5:00-6:30 PM Open Lift

A summer lifting shirt will be awarded if you meet or exceed the required amount of supervised lifting AND running/agility sessions. Amount of days will be set by the coaching staff.
