The state of Nebraska requires all incoming 7th graders to have a physical examination done by a physician, physician assistant or advanced practice registered nurse.  A Tdap vaccine is also a 7th grade requirement by the state.  Call your student’s doctor for an appointment or you may get this done at an urgent care facility.  This examination needs to be done before school starts in August.  Please call the school if you have any questions.
