RE: Chromebook Fee and pick up Reminder
As noted in our device user agreement during the registration process, each year students in grades 6-12 are required to pay a technology use fee. This $25 fee allows students to take the Chromebook home. This fee can be paid online on our website (under links, online payment) or during our fee and device pickup event on Tuesday, August 10.
We will be hosting a “Chromebook Fee Event” where parents can pay fees AND pick up their child’s Chromebook (Chromebook will not be distributed without fee being paid)). This event will take place on Tuesday August 10, 2021 in the Northwest Cafeteria.
Please note specific times below:
Seniors: 6:00-6:30 PM
Juniors: 6:30-7:00 PM
Sophomores: 7:00-7:30 PM
Freshman: 7:30-8:00 PM
It is important to remember that this fee does not include damage fees. Students will be charged a $25 incident fee for any damage or repairs needed on their device. This is a per incident fee and is a flat $25 fee per incident.
Note: These fees are waived if you have qualified for Free and Reduced Lunch and completed the sharing information form. This process must be done prior to this event. Click here for more information.
