NWHS students grades 9-12 that will be involved in any Activities or Athletics for the 2022/23 school year will need to complete the Activities Registration.  This is required to be completed before the student will be eligible to participate in any activity.

Through this website, you will be able to register to participate for sports and activities. If this is your first time using this site, please use the “Login” tab and create an account with a username and password. You will be asked to verify your account through your email. Please be sure to complete that step before trying to log into the FamilyID site. Once logged in, you can navigate through the various programs being offered at Northwest.

If you filled out the form last year, most of the information will be pre-filled and only require your confirmation.
