Driver Education
Driver’s ED will be offered this summer through the Nebraska Safety Center at UNK. The course will consist of a parent & student orientation, classroom instruction, slow speed driving exercises on the NSC driving range, and on street driving with a certified instructor.
Cost is $350 per student. Registration deadline is two weeks prior to the course start date. Classes are limited to a maximum of 24 students. Enrollment will be on a first come, first-served basis. Per the Nebraska Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV), students are required to have a valid permit before participating in behind-the-wheel driving with an instructor.
