Northwest sports physicals will be Monday, May 12th, at the High School, from 5:00pm-6:30pm for all incoming 8th-12th graders.  Please complete the physical form and bring it with you to the physical.  Cost is $25.00 per physical. Cash or check only.  Checks are payable to Dr. Vettel or you may pay cash.  Athletes should be well hydrated. Any student who plans to try out for any athletic activity, during the 2025-2026 school year MUST HAVE a current physical on file prior to the beginning of that specific sports season.
